What this policy covers
This page explains what information VisaMehr collects when you use this website and what we do with it. By using the website you agree to this approach.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into our forms:
- Contact and consultation form: your name, email address, phone number, the topic of your request and your message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- To protect the forms from bulk abuse, your network (IP) address is held briefly in server memory to count requests. It is not stored with your message.
The website does not currently use behaviour-tracking tools or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this page first.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or consultation request.
- To arrange a consultation time.
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed.
- To improve our service and response.
We do not sell your information or share it for other people's advertising.
Who can see it
Only the VisaMehr team and the providers we need to run the website and send email, and only as far as that work requires. Unless the law requires it, we do not give your information to any other person or organisation.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep form information for as long as we need it to reply to you and follow up your request. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter in any email.
Security
We use a secure connection (HTTPS), form validation and request limits. No internet transfer is completely risk-free, though, so please do not type highly sensitive details such as passport numbers or financial documents into the forms. Agree with us first on how to send documents.

We sometimes link to other websites, such as the official Government of Canada site. They have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
